What we collect
When you join Tour Weekly, we collect the email address you enter. Our site also processes basic request information—such as your IP address, browser headers, and the time of the request—to operate the site, limit automated signup attempts, and troubleshoot problems.
How we use it
- To add you to the Tour Weekly email list and send the newsletter.
- To manage unsubscribes and other subscriber preferences.
- To protect the signup form from spam and abuse.
- To understand delivery problems and keep the service working.
We do not sell your email address. We do not currently use the site for behavioral advertising.
beehiiv handles the email list
beehiiv is our email service provider. When signups are open and you submit the form, we send your email address and basic signup attribution to beehiiv so it can create and manage your subscription and deliver Tour Weekly. beehiiv processes that information under its own terms and privacy practices. Depending on the publication settings, beehiiv may also process email delivery, open, and click information.
How long we keep it
Subscriber information stays with beehiiv while your subscription is active and as needed for unsubscribe records, legal obligations, and service security. The site uses a ten-minute in-memory rate-limit window, and stale entries are cleared during later request processing. Hosting logs may follow a separate, limited retention schedule set by the hosting provider.
Your choices
Every newsletter will include an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to a Tour Weekly email to ask about, correct, or delete your subscriber information. We may keep the minimum record needed to honor an unsubscribe request.
